East Division MVC Member Supports Veterans During Panel Discussion
East Division Senior Manager and Martin Marietta Military & Veterans Community (MVC) member Hank Weil participated in a panel discussion at Camp Southern Ground, an organization that supports veterans as they transition to civilian careers. After speaking at the event for the second consecutive year, Weil noted how meaningful the gathering was for participants.“Each veteran is navigating a unique journey. Some are still on active duty, others are in transition, some are retired and others are already established in civilian roles,” he said. “Many discussed the challenge of translating their military experience into language that aligns with civilian job descriptions. The event reinforced the importance of practical support, and we spent time offering these veterans guidance on how to effectively communicate their skills, strengthen their resumes and build confidence in interviews.”
