Yesteryears: The Little Red Caboose, Part 1: From Pennsylvania to Red Hill

When John Pfaltz, a retired professor from Charlottesville, Va., needed an unused track to leave his 1941 caboose on for restoration, Martin Marietta gladly offered their space. Tommy Walker, plant manager at the nearby Red Hill Quarry, authorized the use of the siding at the plant, stating "that's part of how we do business." To read more, click here.
