Martin Marietta's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Anne Lloyd has received the Triangle Business Journal’s 2016 CFO Lifetime Achievement Award.
Lloyd, who joined Martin Marietta in 1998, has served as CFO since June 2005. She was among several CFOs honored by the weekly business journal as “outstanding financial executives who exemplify excellence as corporate financial stewards.”
A North Carolina native and graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Lloyd has played a vital role in the transformation of Martin Marietta into an envied industry leader.
She is active with a number of professional organizations – including the National Stone, Sand and Gravel Association and the North Carolina Chamber of Commerce – and a devoted member of the White Plains United Methodist Church. She lives in Raleigh with her husband, Steve. The couple has two adult children.
Lloyd received the award at a luncheon in July. That same month, the Triangle Business Journal published a profile detailing the highlights of her prestigious career.
